Easy

Lily's voice note

Notion, definitely. I use it for everything. On the bus I jot down ideas and little things I need to remember, like shopping lists or what to get my mum for her birthday. It's really easy to use, and it's free. It's on my phone and my laptop, so it helps me stay on top of everything, and nothing gets lost. I'd check it out if I were you. It only takes about five minutes to set up, and then you're sorted.

Natural

Lily's voice note

I'd really recommend Notion. It's free, and it helps me keep everything in one place. On the bus I write down ideas, shopping lists, even what to get my mum for her birthday. Then it's all on my laptop too, so nothing gets lost. Before, I had sticky notes everywhere and could never find anything. It's quick to set up, and it's not hard to figure out. Once you get used to it, you'll wonder how you ever managed without it.

Advanced

Lily's voice note

If I had to recommend just one, it'd be Notion. It quietly keeps me organised without feeling like extra work. On the bus I throw in ideas, shopping lists, birthday present ideas for my mum, anything that pops into my head, and it's all waiting on my laptop later. Nothing gets lost any more. It's free, it takes about five minutes to set up, and it grows with you, so you can start simple. It's honestly made my life easier, and nobody's paying me to say that.
